What is a Society Membership?
Society offers an inclusive membership that gives you access to luxury services at members-only pricing. 

How many appointments can I schedule at one time?
You can have two appointments scheduled at one time. Once you attend your scheduled  appointment, you can request another. 

Is it really unlimited?   
Yes really, it's unlimited. You can come in as often as you want. Just remember you can schedule up to two appointments at a time.

Can I request a specific stylist or colorist?
Society makes every attempt to accommodate your requests while prioritizing you getting the most out of your membership.

How do I tip?
You may tip in cash or on your card directly with your stylist. We recommend tipping on the full a la carte service price.

What if I have extensions? 
There is a $15 service charge per appointment  for extensions. 

How long does my membership last?
Memberships  are either month to month or annual depending on the membership you choose. 

Please be aware that a credit card number is required to reserve your appointment.
We hope you understand the need for these policies. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask.

Please bring cash for gratuity. If you would like to use your card you may do so directly with your stylist through Square, Venmo, or Zelle.


We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others.

  • Late cancels will be charged 50% of the a la carte service fee or forfeit a series in a package

  • No shows will be charged 100% of the a la carte services booked or forfeit a series in a package

In consideration of our entire community and scheduling commitments to other clients’, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 10 minutes late. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a "no show” and charged accordingly.

Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note expiration date upon purchasing.
